She became a trusted resource for the public, assisting with retirement and disability applications, rectifying discrepancies, conducting investigations, and facilitating Medicare enrollments. Her dedication extended to educating the public on various aspects of Medicare, including entitlements, enrollment periods, and the intricacies of the Income Related Monthly Adjustment Amounts. Joanna's role also included guidance on the financial program known as Extra Help for Part D.

In 2016, Joanna's career took a new direction as she transitioned into the role of a health and life insurance agent. It was during this time that she discovered her true calling in the Medicare field. Her commitment to this endeavor led her to leave the government sector and venture into full-time Medicare sales.

In January 2020, Joanna Wyckoff reached a new milestone by becoming the Vice President at Nationcare Insurance Services. Her leadership was instrumental in the development of a comprehensive training platform and agency development. Under her guidance, the organization reached new heights.

The onset of the Covid-19 pandemic presented unprecedented challenges, but Joanna's expertise and resilience shone through. She undertook the critical task of training agents in transitioning to remote sales when in-person fieldwork was no longer feasible. Moreover, recognizing the need to assist millions of Americans navigating Medicare, the Marketplace, and short-term health plans, she built an under-65 health insurance sales platform for agencies and agents.

Joanna's relentless pursuit of excellence led her to create "Topflight Insurance Solutions." The name embodies the highest level of achievement and excellence, values that Joanna and her hand-picked agents exemplify. Topflight Insurance Solutions is, indeed, for top agents.

She also actively engages with social media groups, including "The Insurance Ladies," a group of over 10,500 women she founded in 2018, and "Medicare Mentors," a group of over 5800 she co-founded with her mentor, Joe Tretola. These groups serve as platforms for sharing expertise and networking with insurance agents across the country.
